Email Assistant

An AI agent that monitors an email inbox for new emails. Upon receiving a new email the agent analyzes the message metadata and message context for spam filtering and deciding what to do with the message. The agent can be trained to handle different types of messages in different ways.

For example, if the email is from a potential customer the agent will:

  • Determine the message context.
  • If the customer is looking for a quote, the agent will determine if enough information has been provided. If yes, the agent will text your phone number with the information needed to create the quote and contact the customer.
  • If the agent decides the customer hasn't provided enough details to make a quote, it will email the customer back and request the missing information. Once enough information is provided, it will notify you via text, or another email address.
